    布丹霍澤曾在馬刺待了19年，其中17年擔任助理，他說：「你知道的，我在那很長一段時間，我試著從那帶很多東西過來，但在今天的最後，這場比賽是屬於我們球員的。」

    老鷹第三節一度落後9分，米爾賽普包辦全隊單節最後的6分，第四節再連拿11分，已連得17分的驚人演出助隊最終奪勝，他說：「我只想打得積極，試著讓些事情發生。」他認為球隊進攻陷入泥沼時自己該挺身而出，「然後小哈德威也加入，他也做得很好。」







    攻下本季新高32分的米爾賽普也很為教頭開心，「能從一支很棒的球隊手中取勝感覺很好，很高興能為布丹拿到這一勝，他很開心能卸下重擔。」連馬刺教頭波波維奇（Gregg Popovich）也知道，這場勝利對布丹霍澤有不同意義。
